How to set it up
Step 1: Choose the Product Catalogue profile, or WhatsApp Commerce if you want a cart that sends a formatted order.
Step 2: Pick the hardware — a standee for a counter or stall, cards for a sales team.
Step 3: Add categories and products with images, prices and descriptions from your dashboard.
Step 4: Put the hardware where customers browse, with “Tap to see our catalogue”.
Tips that make it work
- Use photos with a consistent background and size — the grid looks far more professional.
