Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days across India. Express shipping delivers in 2–3 business days. Custom printed and metal cards may require an additional 2–3 days for production.

Customized and printed cards cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. Standard non-customized cards can be returned within 7 days of delivery in unused condition. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for complete details.

It depends on the piece: NFC Cards come in PVC (White/Black) or Stainless Steel (Black, Silver, Rose Gold, Gold); Standees and Keychains come in Acrylic, Metal, or Wooden (Keychains also come 3D Printed); Patches come in UV DTF Fabric or Paper Sticker. Every option runs on the same NTAG216 chip.
