Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

✓Non-customised PVC cards: 7-day return window in unused condition
✓Defective or damaged products: Full return/replacement regardless of customisation
✓NFC chip malfunction: Covered under warranty
✗Custom printed cards (if no defect)
✗Cards with customer logo/branding applied (if no defect)
✗Cards returned after 7 days from delivery

How to Initiate a Return

Go to your orders →
  1. Log in to your account dashboard and select the order
  2. Click "Request Return" and select the reason
  3. Our team will review and confirm eligibility within 1–2 business days
  4. Once approved, a pickup will be scheduled at no charge
  5. Refund is processed within 5–7 business days after receipt

Refund Methods

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. UPI and card refunds take 5–7 business days. Net banking refunds may take up to 10 days.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for non-customised cards within 7 days of delivery. To request an exchange, contact hello@parichy.in with your order number.
