What it is

Employee Profile gives each team member their own digital profile — name, designation, contact details — inside the company's branding. It links to the shared Company Profile and comes with a Dual Authority Profile in a corporate order.

Each employee's hardware is addressed to them, so cards arrive pre-assigned rather than blank.

Questions about Employee Profile

Can I add many employees at once?

Yes. Import a CSV with a downloadable template; you'll see a validation report before anything is imported.

What if an employee leaves?

The card can be reassigned and the profile disabled without losing the company's records.
