A Smart Profile is a web page that represents you or your business and that you share in person, online or in print. There are 11 types — for an individual's work or business, a product catalogue, WhatsApp orders, bookings and events, an AI assistant, two-way contact exchange, and company and employee profiles for teams — and you can change what a profile shows at any time from your dashboard.

The hardware carries the profile into the physical world: pvc nfc card, metal nfc card, nfc standee, nfc keychain, nfc fabric patch, nfc paper sticker. Each contains an NFC chip that stores a link to your profile and carries a QR code as a fallback, so a phone that can't read NFC can still scan it.

1. You choose a Smart Profile for what the card should do, and the hardware that carries it.
2. You customise the hardware with your name and logo, check out, and fill in your profile from your dashboard.
3. Anyone can then tap the card with an NFC phone or scan its QR code and your profile opens in their browser — no app to install.

Plainly. A core Smart Profile is a one-time price with hosting, editing, your QR code and the NFC redirect included; prices are shown before GST and the total is shown before you pay. NFC support differs between phones, so we say so — and every Smart Profile has a QR code. Where a feature runs on a metered service, such as the AI Concierge, its page states the fair-use limit.
