What it is

WhatsApp Commerce lets customers view your products, choose items, set quantity or variant, build a cart and send you a neatly formatted order on WhatsApp — with their name and address if they choose to add them.

You receive a clear, ready-to-process message instead of a chat full of questions. The order goes to your WhatsApp number, which you configure.
