7 ways to share your digital business card

You can share a digital business card by NFC tap, by showing its QR code, by sending its link, in your email signature, on WhatsApp, in your social media bios and on anything you print. It is the same profile every time, so whichever way a person receives it they see your current details.

1. Tap: hand over the NFC card

The quickest way in person. Hold the card near the top of the other person's phone (the back of an Android phone) and the page opens. Have the QR code ready in case their phone doesn't read the tap.

2. Scan: show the QR code

Point their camera at the QR code on your card, your phone or a standee. It works on virtually any phone camera, which makes it the reliable second option.

3. Link: send it in a message

Copy your Smart Profile's link into a message, a chat or a follow-up email after a meeting. The person can open it right away and save your contact.

4. Email signature

Add the link or the QR code to your signature so every email you send carries it. Keep the visible text short — your name, role and one link.

5. WhatsApp

Send the link to a customer or contact, or put it in your WhatsApp Business profile so people who message you first can reach your full page.

6. Social bios

Use the link where the platform allows one — an Instagram or LinkedIn bio, a YouTube channel description — so anyone who finds you online can contact you the same way.

7. Print: posters, packaging, standees and badges
