NFC business card price in India: what you actually pay for

Five things account for almost all of it:

• The card: PVC is the everyday option; metal costs more to make and finish. Keychains, standees and patches are priced by form.
• The printing: your name, logo and artwork. Some sellers charge extra for it; Parichy includes custom printing in the hardware price.
• The profile: the page the card opens. This is where one-time and subscription prices differ most.
• Quantity: bulk orders for teams usually start from a minimum number of cards and are quoted per unit.
• GST and delivery: added on top by most sellers, so read the total, not the headline price.

This changes what you pay over three years more than the card does. Some services sell a cheap card and charge monthly or yearly for the page behind it; if you stop paying, the card opens nothing. Ask each seller the same questions and put the answers side by side:

A price with no mention of what the profile costs later; an unbranded sticker sold as a card; a chip that stores your details directly (you would have to rewrite it to change anything); no QR code; and a total that only appears at the last step.
