You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law in order to use the website or place an order on Parichy.com.

Parichy makes best efforts to present accurate product visuals, descriptions, and specifications. However, minor differences in print, color, material finish, or visual appearance may occur.

• Prices are in INR unless stated otherwise.
• Taxes, shipping charges, and additional fees are applied at checkout where applicable.
• Order confirmation is subject to successful payment and internal verification.

Parichy may cancel or refuse orders in situations such as the following:

• Pricing or listing errors
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Stock or production constraints
• Incomplete customer information

If an order is cancelled after successful payment, the eligible refund will be initiated as per the applicable refund policy.

• Customers must verify all submitted content before approval.
• Once encoding, printing, or production starts, changes or cancellation may not be possible.
• Personalized products are generally non-returnable except in validated defect or wrong-delivery cases.

By uploading logos, images, links, text, or any other customer-provided material, you confirm that you own the rights or have the required permission to use that content.

All website content, branding, design, graphics, code, structure, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Parichy and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Users must not engage in improper use of the platform or services. Prohibited actions include:
