Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
This policy explains eligible return, replacement, and refund cases, claim timelines, non-returnable products, cancellation rules, shipping responsibility, and refund processing standards at Parichy.
Eligible Cases
Claims are considered only in valid and verifiable cases such as the following:
- Wrong product delivered
- Manufacturing defect
- Damage during transit
- Product materially different from approved order details
Claim Window
The claim must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
To evaluate the request, the following proof is mandatory:
- Order ID
- Clear product photos or videos
- Unboxing video for damage or wrong item disputes
Non-Returnable Cases
The following categories are generally non-returnable:
- Personalized, custom printed, or custom encoded NFC and QR products
- Customer-approved production orders
- Damage caused by misuse, water exposure, fire exposure, accidental breakage, wear and tear, or unauthorized modification
Resolution Methods
After internal quality verification, Parichy may provide one of the following resolutions:
- Replacement
- Store credit
- Refund, if replacement is not feasible
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.
The final credit timing depends on banking channels and payment partner processing timelines.
Cancellation Rules
- Cancellation is allowed only before production, encoding, or dispatch begins
- Once customization or production has started, cancellation may not be possible
Return Shipping Responsibility
- If the issue is verified as a Parichy error, return or replacement shipping will be borne by Parichy
- For non-eligible cases, any return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility
Fraudulent or Abusive Claims
False claims, manipulated evidence, abusive complaints, or improper chargeback behavior may lead to:
- Claim rejection
- Account suspension
- Appropriate legal action where required
